Developed a comprehensive management platform for Gülersapt Boutique Hotel, designed to centralize and streamline the hotel’s operational processes through a single administration panel. The platform digitalized key operations including customer management, reservation management, room management, and income and expense tracking. The admin panel also includes reporting and customer portfolio analysis capabilities, enabling management to gain deeper insights into customer data and business performance. Operational and financial data is presented through interactive charts, summary cards, and tables, providing managers with clear and actionable insights. This enables the hotel to efficiently manage reservations, analyze its customer portfolio, and monitor its overall financial performance from a centralized platform.
